Our Team
Sam is a Director with a strong foundation across the construction, mechanical and electrical sectors. He brings a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality talent solutions, with a clear focus on supporting contractors and project teams in achieving successful project outcomes.
Louis has a strong background across construction, engineering, and recruitment. Coming from an ex-military background, he brings a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach to everything he does.
With experience in engineering and leadership roles on major projects, Louis has a solid understanding of high-pressure environments, safety standards, and delivering to a high level. He has since built a successful career in recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates across the construction and engineering sectors.
His ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels, combined with a proactive and hands-on approach, makes him a key driver of performance and growth within the business. The only downside? He’s a West Ham fan, but we try not to hold that against him.
Chloe has over 12 years’ experience in recruitment, spanning both agency and in-house roles, Chloe has built a strong reputation across commercial support functions within industries including construction, manufacturing, and legal.
As Director of Business Support, Chloe leads with a strategic approach to hiring, partnering with businesses to build, structure, and scale high-performing teams. Specialising in roles from entry level through to Director, she brings a broad and in-depth understanding of functions including finance, marketing, sales, and HR.
Known for her honest, straight-talking style, Chloe works closely with clients to shape hiring strategies that attract and secure top talent, while proactively supporting candidates to perform at their best. Her focus goes beyond skillset, taking the time to understand the DNA of both business and individual to create long-term, successful matches.
Outside of work, she’s a proud mum of two and partial to a glass of Prosecco. Balance is everything.
Haroun is a driven and approachable Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in connecting skilled professionals with the right opportunities, particularly within the construction sector.
He prides himself on building genuine relationships with clients and candidates, taking a people-first approach to recruitment and delivering results that last.
With experience across international markets and fluent in both English and Spanish, Haroun is able to work with a diverse range of candidates and adapt to different client needs.
